erin/ella is a singer/songwriter based in Kent, the "garden of England". She was born in Alaska but spent her formative years in California where she developed a love of singing and playing flute. At the age of 11 she moved back to Alaska and was given a guitar. The rest is history. She began preforming at local weddings and events and currently plays at pubs, restaurants and festivals across southeast England.

 

Having worked with a range of talented musicians including Chris Comac and Vic Hyland and in various musical genres including bluegrass, pop, jazz and blues, she now performs solo. Her vocal influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Patsy Cline and Margo Timmins. Her song writing influences include Jim Croce, Tom Waits and Carole King.
